- Facilitates connections between founders, investors, and partners
For clarity, ImpactDeals.ai:
- Does not act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor
- Does not guarantee funding, returns, or deal outcomes
- Does not independently verify all information submitted by users
All engagements, transactions, and investment decisions occur at the sole discretion and risk of users.
3. User Eligibility and Access
Access to the platform is limited to individuals and entities that:
Age
At least 18 years of age
Capacity
Legal capacity to enter into agreements
Accuracy
Provide accurate registration information
We reserve the right to approve, restrict, or revoke access to the platform at our discretion.
4. User Obligations and Conduct
By using ImpactDeals.ai, you agree to:

For Founders / Startups:

5. Investment Disclaimer
All information provided on ImpactDeals.ai is for informational and facilitation purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes:
Investments in startups and alternative assets carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of capital. Users are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where necessary.
6. Content Ownership and Usage
All platform content, including but not limited to text, design, branding, and software, is owned by Impact Hub Lagos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without prior written consent.
By submitting content, you grant ImpactDeals.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations and ecosystem engagement.
7. Data and Confidentiality
